Darry Stacy, a distinguished leadership book author, currently holds the position of Executive Director at the Oklahoma State Law Enforcement Agency CLEET, overseeing Law Enforcement Education and Training for the State of Oklahoma. Before assuming this role, he served as County Commissioner of Cleveland County, Oklahoma for a decade, having been initially elected in June of 2012. Prior to his tenure as County Commissioner, Stacy dedicated six years to the Norman Public Schools Board of Education. With over 34 years of law enforcement experience, including 23 years at the Norman Police Department, Stacy has also served as a SWAT team member for over 18 years and as Team Commander for six years. He holds a master’s degree in law enforcement administration and is a graduate of both the FBI National Academy and the DEA Drug Unit Commanders Academy. Additionally, he is certified by the FBI as a hostage negotiator. Stacy lives in Norman, Oklahoma, with his wife Tasha, and has two sons, Heath and Karson, and one grandson, Axel.
